I've been thinking of a way to bind, or somehow combine, my "Manga Life" drawing series into a book of some sort. What I ended up doing is an accordion book, which seemed the most appropriate. Here are some stats:
30 panels
paper equivalent of one 11x17 (ledger) size paper
250 days (Feb 23 to Oct 30 2023)
500 meter of a move (by foot)
I have moved before, lots and lots of times, across the land, across the oceans, often with no basecamp to come back to. But somehow this move, essentially across the street, was the most painful one to date. It really does mark a new cycle, new period in life.
