The Hand Magazine is dedicated to being the world’s premier forum for innovative and experimental uses of reproduction-based media. We are interested in how artists include their own hand in the art object while utilizing mechanical or reproduction-based techniques. We are interested in publishing any and all forms of photography and printmaking; whether the work is strictly a photograph or print, or whether the work incorporates these processes in a sculptural, multi-media or collage format.

Collection of Works to date
Five cyanotypes selected show a range in subject matter, size, and substrate, representing a journey though artistic process: starting from exploring self-section, creating connections to the urban environment and sections thereof. Self-Section was selected to be featured in the magazine.
Canadian Interiors - April 23 2018 Earth Month art installation comes to Toronto’s Yonge + St. Clair - Collaboration with Interspatial
Look up and you can see sticks and stars at Yonge + St Clair this month as the intersection celebrates Earth Month 2018 with the launch of a temporary public art installation — Equilibrium. Equilibrium, a fifteen-foot tall art installation in the lobby of 2 St. Clair W, is part of a series of Earth Month events happening in April at Yonge + St. Clair. Throughout the month, Slate Asset Management, which owns all four corners of the intersection, is funding e-waste drop-off centres for unwanted and used technology, and a clothing drive, Double Take, in support of the local Yonge Street Mission.
Equilibrium
Artists and architects, Natalia Bakaeva (Interspatial) and Natalia Tcherniak (Blue Print Jam), won a competition calling for a public art installation that reflects Earth Month’s values. Their design was selected from a list of 30 artists because of its elegance, authenticity and creative use of recycled materials.
